Our partner Gangi awarded an important CSIRO innovation grant for the study of blue light and viruses

Great news from Down Under - research on Spectral Blue MWHI technology goes international and attracts some very well-known and respected institutions:

Our partner Gangi Germicidal Systems have been awarded an Innovations Connection Grant facilitated via the CSIRO.

CSIRO, short for The Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation, is an Australian Government agency responsible for scientific research.

With this grant, Gangi will be starting a research project in collaboration with two incredibly talented teams from University of Melbourne and The Peter Doherty Institute. The focus of the research project will be to determine the efficacy of Spectral Blue on various viruses. The objective is to determine how Spectral Blue can complement to vast applications of traditional ultraviolet light sources in inactivating viruses from indoor air and surfaces.

We are looking forward to the findings and any new applications the collaboration may discover. Congratulations and best of luck to the whole Gangi team!
