We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Virpi Sorri as our new Customer Experience Manager! With a Master's degree in Biotechnology and Technology-Based Business from the University of Jyväskylä and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science from JAMK University of Applied Sciences, Virpi brings a wealth of biotech knowledge to her new role.
Before joining LED Tailor, Virpi held key technical support, marketing and sales roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Finnzymes. In her new position, she will be responsible for enhancing our existing customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
